Event Video Production for Non-Profit Organization $5000

Non-Profit Organizations (without big grants) hosting FREE public events can have a special deal for their annual event video production paid for by their business sponsors sharing the costs. For example, $5000 divided by $150 per small business for 15 seconds each to scan their table/tent would need a minimum of 33 small business sponsors to pay for the video of the event; 33 x 15 seconds each total 495 seconds = 8.25 minutes. Free interview video 10 minutes of organizers included. The videos remain permanently hosted on io media channels and the organizations social media and websites. This includes prior consultation, 4 to 6 hours on site in 1 day, edited down to draft video sampler and interview, preview to organizers and 1 revision, and final version of event video of sponsors with sampler and organizer interview.

NOTE:  for any video production for a business or organization, costs can increase depending on: number of locations, on site camera hours and days, edited final time (10 minutes to 60 minutes), special effects, extra second camera.
